Investment thesis

We believe that change is the only norm and Founders willing to transform/create industries using Artificial Intelligence and Immersive Experience will succeed. Areas of interest includes B2B and B2C mostly around high value investments we make during our lifetime such as home, car, health, education and travel. Pivots are often necessary and it may take 3-6 years to break out.

We have a three pronged investment strategy

Tech Partner

Typically take 5%-15% equity position in the startup. Exit at Series A/B/IPO

Joint Venture

Typically take 25% - 30% equity position in the startup and play interim CTO/ CPO roles. 1-2 Board seats. Exit at Series C/ IPO

Buy/Grow

Incubate our own ideas with 100% ownership or Acquire. CXO roles. 3-4 board seats. Open to M&A/IPO
